Who we look for
Six kinds of people we keep needing.
You do not have to tick every box in a card. One thing done properly beats five done roughly.
Webflow, Framer or Shopify builder
You can design and build in the tool itself, care about spacing and type, and have shipped real client sites, not just templates.
Next.js / React developer
Component-driven builds, CSS that does not fight itself, Lighthouse scores you are proud of. Headless CMS experience is a plus.
SEO & AI search specialist
Technical audits, on-page work, content structure, Google Business Profile and the newer AI search surfaces. Results you can show, not just reports.
Designer (UI, brand, graphics)
Web layouts first, plus logos, visual identities, social graphics or short video. A portfolio that shows thinking, not only pretty screens.
Content, ads & marketing
Google and Meta ads, email marketing, content writing or analytics. You like numbers and can explain what changed and why.
How working with us goes
Remote, paid per project, no middle layer.
Fully remote
We are based in Chennai, India and work with clients in 12+ countries. You work from wherever you are, in whichever time zone you are in.
Project-based or ongoing
Most people start on one project. If it goes well there is steady work: new builds, maintenance retainers, SEO month to month.
Freelance, part-time or full-time
Tell us what suits you. We pay per project or per month, agreed in writing before any work starts, in INR or USD.
Direct communication
You talk to Rahim, not a project manager. Clear briefs, staging links, honest feedback, and credit for your work where NDAs allow.
Apply
Tell us what you are good at.
Two minutes, no CV needed. A link to work you have actually shipped says more than a résumé ever will.
What happens after you apply
- We read every application ourselves, usually within a few working days.
- If your skills fit something we need now, we reply with a short paid trial task that mirrors real client work.
- If the trial goes well, we agree rates and scope in writing and start with a live project.
- If nothing fits right now, we keep your details on file and reach out when it does. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
