Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote based on the brief you provide. The quote lists what is included, the number of pages or features, and the delivery estimate. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in INR for clients based in India and in USD for international clients. The two lists are not currency conversions of each other; each reflects local market pricing and support expectations. Taxes, payment gateway fees, and third party costs (domains, hosting, licenses, ad spend) are billed at cost unless stated otherwise.
Payments
For websites, online stores, and landing pages, nothing is paid until you have seen and approved the first draft; then 50% is paid to continue and the rest on completion. Larger projects are split into milestones. Monthly services (maintenance, SEO, AI search optimization, ads management, social media) are billed monthly in advance. SEO and AI search plans have a minimum term of four months. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue by more than 7 days.
Free working draft
For website projects you get a free working draft on a private staging link before paying anything. It is a draft to confirm direction, not the finished website, and it remains the property of Website 2 Design unless the project proceeds.
Revisions and approvals
Reasonable revision rounds are included at each stage as described in the quote. Approval of a stage (design, development, content) means later changes to that stage may be charged. Content, images, and access details are expected from the client within the agreed timelines; delays may move the delivery date.
Ownership
On full payment you own the final website, its design, and its content. Your domain can be registered in your own account or managed by us, and we move it to you free on request. If we host your website, you can move it to another host whenever you like. Third party themes, plugins, fonts, and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses. Website 2 Design may show completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Ongoing services
Maintenance, hosting support, and marketing services run month to month after any minimum term and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No specific search ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome is guaranteed; reporting is provided so progress is transparent.
Communication
We communicate by email and WhatsApp, and by phone or video call when you ask for one. We do not send SMS messages. Details you share are used only to work with you and are never sold or shared; see the Privacy Policy.
Liability
Website 2 Design is not liable for losses caused by third party outages, platform changes, client-side edits, or content supplied by the client. Total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
