How cleanup works

From infected to clean, usually within two days.

We back up the site before touching anything, clean it by hand as well as with scanners, and only call it done when the warnings are gone and the way in is closed.

Step 1

Scan and isolate

A full scan of the files and database with Wordfence and manual checks, to find every infected file and the way the attacker got in. The damage is contained before cleaning starts.

Step 2

Clean and restore

Malicious code, backdoors, and spam pages removed. WordPress core, themes, and plugins reinstalled from clean copies, and every compromised password changed.

Step 3

Harden the site

Firewall and Cloudflare protection, login protection, correct file permissions, SSL, and backups set up, so the same door does not open twice.

Step 4

Warnings removed, report sent

We ask Google Safe Browsing and your host to review the cleaned site, then send you a plain-language report of what happened and what we fixed.

How we work

Honest about security, thorough about cleanup.

01

No one can promise “unhackable”

Anyone who guarantees your site can never be hacked is selling something. What we promise is a thorough cleanup, strong prevention, and a fast response if anything happens again.

02

Manual cleaning, not just a plugin scan

Scanners miss things. We also trace and clean by hand, because one leftover backdoor is enough for the attacker to walk straight back in.

03

Close the door it came through

Removing malware without fixing how it got in just means cleaning it again next month. Finding the entry point is part of every job.

04

Backup first, always

We take a full backup before cleaning, so your content and design are safe. Only the malicious code is removed.

A one-time cleanup of a WordPress site costs $80 to $250, or ₹4,000 to ₹12,000 in India, depending on how badly it is infected. Every cleanup includes 30 days of free protection afterwards.

Most sites are cleaned within 24 to 48 hours. If Google is showing a warning, it usually clears 24 to 72 hours after we submit the review request for the cleaned site.

Yes. We clean the site first, then ask Google Safe Browsing to review it. Once Google confirms the site is clean, the warning is removed, usually within 24 to 72 hours of the request.

No. We take a full backup before starting and clean the existing files and database. Only the malicious code is removed; your pages, posts, and design stay as they are.

No one honestly can. What we do is clean the site thoroughly, close the way the attacker got in, harden it, and protect it for 30 days for free. After that, a monthly security plan, our hosting, or our maintenance plan keeps that protection going.

You choose. You can continue with our monthly security plan, from $60 a month (₹4,000 in India), host the site with us (security is included from the Small Business plan), or move to our maintenance plan so updates and backups keep happening.

Yes. Most hacked sites we see run WordPress, but we also clean custom-built websites. The process is the same: back up, find the infection and the way in, clean, harden, and report.
