Updates done properly, not blindly
Clicking “update all” is how sites break. We update with care and check the site afterwards. On larger, complex sites that break easily, updates are tested on a staging copy first.

Yes, and most of the sites we look after were built by someone else. We start by getting access, taking a full backup, and checking the site properly, then fix anything outstanding before the monthly routine begins.
WordPress (including Elementor, Divi, and Oxygen), WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Webflow, Framer, Wix, and custom sites built with Next.js, React, or PHP. If your site is built on something else, ask us.
For international clients, plans run from $10 to $250 a month. $10 covers basic monthly updates and content changes on a simple website; larger sites, online stores, and sites that change often sit higher in that range. In India, plans start from ₹1,500 a month for simple website updates and management. You get a fixed monthly price before we start.

That is exactly why we back up before every change. If an update causes a problem, we restore the backup or roll back the change, then fix the cause before trying again. On larger, complex sites we test updates on a staging copy first, so problems are caught before they reach the live site.
Yes. If your website is hosted with us, monthly updates and maintenance are included at no extra cost for as long as you stay. On the Small Business hosting plan and above, minor content changes and website security are included too. It is one of the main reasons clients move their hosting to us.
